ESTHER STANHOPE — THE HACK SESSIONS

I’m preparing for the LIVE ‘How to Boost Your Inner Confidence’ Webinar.

It’s my top 7 hacks (seriously life-changing shortcuts).

It’s a subject close to my heart because I’ve had to hack into my inner confidence many times. I’ve overcome my fears and voice of doubt and I’ve helped thousands of women (& men) all over the world overcome theirs.

I’d love to share some my easy-to-adopt & practical tips for you to kick off your summer. (I’ll be sending you some fun homework too).

These comments (mainly from women) inspired me to put my 27 years of experience into a fun bite-sized lunch and learn webinar….

“I’m not confident to be myself”

“I’m not confident in front of senior management’

“I lack confidence to speak out in the boardroom”

“I don’t ask for more money, I haven’t got the confidence”

‘I’m waiting to be confident before I go for the promotion, any tips?’

“The only thing holding me back is confidence”

Can you relate to these? I can. I’ve had to work on my inner-confidence just like 100s of women I meet every day.

So my question to you today is – how much self-confidence do you have in your career?  Is the lack of it holding you back?

How much confidence do you have in your ability to succeed?

You’ll love it. It’s a simple, fun way to develop more confidence and it is LOADED FULL OF Secret Shortcuts.

How To Boost Your Inner Confidence – 7 Top Hacks

Get on top of your game!

SiSú Tennis Poster.png

Enjoy a SiSú before, during or after a workout or on the go. Our convenient and healthy juices ensure you are on top of your game - whatever you game!

LMPP Studio were thrilled to work with the Sisu team on their summer campaign.

The campaign ‘Summertime with SiSú® ‘ features bottles of our great tasting cold pressed juice, captured in vibrant scenes depicting sporting activity, creatively made up with fruit and vegetables.

SiSú’s® cold pressed juice is our first product range and it has already gained a significant following in Ireland due to its delicious taste and being 100% natural, hitting all the touch-points of the health and wellbeing trend.

As we travel across Ireland, we are getting terrific response from consumers and retailers on the quality and great taste of our products. The market is confusing for consumers as many competing brands are a combination of pasteurised and ‘from concentrate or purees’.

We use:
- farm fresh fruit and vegetables
- are cold-pressed
- 100% natural
- and never pasteurised

The campaign is anchored on simplicity, we care about simple, natural ingredients in our products. We also fully recognise the importance of taking part in activity.

When you see SiSú® we want our customers to trust us to deliver on our promise of 'a small step to nurturing a healthier you'.

Fight against ocean plastics

LMPP O—T Blog.png

The team at LMPP Studio have been collaborating with key environmentalist, designers, photographers and business leaders to see how we can help get plastics out of our oceans.

The UK collective, part of a bigger global movement aiming to resolve one of the biggest human-caused problems in our oceans. Out-There are sailors, surfers, kayakers, divers, coastal fishers to beach walkers & ocean swimmers but when Out-There in the oceans we want to be more than witnesses, we want to matter.

We see Ocean plastic not just as a waste problem but sign of our failure as humans. Of the 8 billion tonnes of plastic in the world, 30% is used, 60% is in/on the land as waste and 10% is in the Ocean.

We are aiming to use our abilities to provide well-designed products starting with furniture to recall to life plastic we have left in the sea. We are hoping to raise awareness of the brand and therefore the cause. We will sell more, we will make more so we will use more plastic hopefully seeing a catalyse for change.

We are determined to be Out-There.

London Design Festival

LMPP Manufactory 1024x512 2.jpg

One of the UK’s most highly rated art and design schools is joining forces with London’s coolest historic marketplace for LDF 2017. Designers from Kingston School of Art will migrate en-masse to Old Spitalfields Market to explore futures for communities and commerce in the heart of the East End.

‘Manufactory’ will see designers turn stalls into live making spaces and transform materials and stories integral to the market into new types of ‘produce’. Could discarded waste be extruded into yarn and knitted with? Could footfall data be translated into 3D-printed sculptures and souvenirs? Could the language of locals, young and old, come together on the page using an on-site printing press? Could metal market stalls be deconstructed and played with like jumbo-sized Meccano?

This live making event will pair the nation’s emerging design talent with the local community, schools and businesses, with each stall/workshop showcasing a material or story going in at one end, a craft or manufacturing process happening in the middle and new inventions emerging from the other side

Old Spitalfields Market

LMPP Digital Port_OSM.jpg

New brand positioning Old Spitalfields Market for future generations.
Our brief was to define and create a brand that would re-energise the market, making it relevant to a new generation of market goers.
In a world of increasingly generic retail destinations, Old Spitalfields Market has always been defined by its true East End spirit. That spirit was brought back to every communication touch point within the market.
The Creative Village. London’s coolest collection of designer stores, street food, restaurants, art, and vintage all under one roof.

Business Challenge Event

It was truly inspiring to see our future business men and women at the prestigious King's School, Canterbury. LMPP Studio's Creative Director was on the judging panel for the 6th formers 2-day Business Challenge Event.
A Dragon Den's style competition where they had to develop and design a newly emerging country food product. Each house had one day to complete the task, which saw them producing business plans, logo and packaging design as well as creating the food itself.
A really great event to have been involved with.
